RHMB

RHMB is a minuscule region, inhabited by a few solitary nations and only 2 World Assembly Members.

In RHMB, denizens enjoy their civil rights, although not too much, or too freely. Nations in the region are considered developing democracies, with some political freedoms afforded to denizens. The economy of the region is very strong, with a large number of very powerful trading powers. Denizens suffer under an enormous tax burden throughout the region, with a median tax rate of 65%, and much higher for the wealthy. The economies of nations in the region tend to be weighted more towards the public sector, with on average only 42% of the economy comprising the private sector. Commerce is a priority for governments, accounting for an average of 7% of public expenditure.

RHMB values education extremely highly, and denizens compete for the largest number of university degrees and sprawling book collections. Criminality is rife within the region, with law enforcement struggling to cope. Governments allocate a meagre 1%, on average, of their budgets to law and order. Nations within the region are forced to use soft fruit and harsh language in the field of battle, with no government funds being set aside for defense. Public transport is a popular mode of transport in the region, receiving on average of 5% of total government budgets.

Nobody really knows about the state of administration in RHMB. Observers asked for information, but found nobody was available to take calls. Some government provision is made for healthcare, but at an average of only 3% the provision for healthcare in the region is paltry. Welfare is a large part of government expenditure, with denizens amply provided for. Governments in the region are avowedly atheist - no public funds are allocated to spirituality.

In RHMB, denizens benefit from a good balance of social equality and motivation for advancement, although aspiration is the priority. The region's landscapes are reasonably good, although the impact of the denizens has had a noticeable effect.
