The Leftist Assembly is one of the largest leftist regions in NationStates. The region consists of 127 nations, with 60 of these forming part of the World Assembly. Most notably, the region is 26th for Most World Assembly Endorsements, and 85th for Most Nations.
The region has an official Constitution and Code of Laws by which all nations of the region must abide by.

History
The Leftist Assembly was established on January 14, 2016 as a merger between The Communist Region and The Democratic Socialist Union. On 15 February 2016, The Constitution of The Leftist Assembly was established, and The Code of Laws of The Leftist Assembly on 24 April 2016.
