It was formed by envoys from Dalrawduel for the purposes of establishing a penal colony, as shown in its name. Whenever any nation from Dalrawduel is placed under arrest for violation of The Medieval Compact of Dalrawduel, they are sent to Wenderkhan as a temporary prison. That is also where the regional hearings are held. Theoretically, the region is supposed to house three nations at all times - puppets of the founder, delegate, and justice - but until recently, the delegate has not upheld his lawful duty and fulfilled this requirement. However, as the colony had not yet been used for its intended purpose, the delegate had thus far evaded punishment.
A total of one hearing has been held within the region, namely for The Medieval Kingdom of Danton itself. The realm was placed on trial for having thrice ejected The Armed Republic of WarStates. He was then sentenced to four consecutive days of inability to wield his site-provided powers as founder, though he retained the abilities given him in the Medieval Compact of Dalrawduel.
The region currently holds embassies with two others: Dalrawduel and Western Dalrawduel.
