The Regional Council of New France' is the legislative body of the New France region; She headquartered in Milan, in King's Avenue 1, in the Governor's Palace of Ludovicia. The current president is the governor of the region, Achille Ledoux de Belfort.

Established in 1795, currently it consists of 50 seats (49 councilors plus the President of the Board who is also the governor of the region). The term is five years.

Functions

The Regional Council is the regional board which has the task of proposing regional regulations to be implemented and then submit them to the governor, approve the regional budget, propose laws to the Council of Ministers.
