Regional Security Act

The Regional Security Act was passed in the aftermath of a raid on March 21, 2014. The bill was sponsored by the Christian States. It standardizes the regional government's response to a raid.

RECOGNIZING that the threat of raid is very real and can effect even region's with active founders.

RESERVING the right to eject and ban raiders without due process to the founder and the elected, legitimate delegate when relevant.

ALLOWING for the founder to set a regional password to preserve the regions integrity temporarily.

MANDATING the suspension of all executive powers to the delegate for a minimum of 3 days following the the start of a raid to insure that a successful raid would be entirely pointless.
