Serpiko Pavlovic is a Valokchian politician serving as the incumbent emperor of the Valokchian Empire and leader of the Social Nationalist Party since 2009. Serpiko seized power from the Labor Day Coup of Valokchia on May 1, 2018. He is also a staunch Pan-Valokchianist, believing firmly in the unification of Valokchian ethnicity especially of Vulpines in Luthaiya and Maniaya, which were formerly apart of Valokchia.
