The Shipyards of The Oan Isles Ltd. is a company which originates from and largely operates in The Oan Isles. It manufactures civilian and military vessels and vessel parts including submarines and unmanned seacraft. It follows the Oan corporate governance model, where the state owns 51% of the A voting shares which grant not only dividends, but voting powers, while the workers and other small and medium sized businesses own the rest of the A voting shares and the B non voting shares. A Board appointed by the National Council and approved by the shareholders, is responsible for decision making and corporate governance, while the company is led and overseen by the President and Chief Executive Officer. The Shipyards operates in terms of Acts of the National Assembly and follows the Memorandum of Incorporation, 2016.

The Shipyards builds ships, submarines and other vessels. It has a large corporate portfolio ranging from air craft carriers to cruise liners. Several construction yards around the Oan Isles, owned or affiliated with the Shipyards produce the parts of the ships or assemble them from foreign imports. The company has a revenue of ??? billion kiribs, and a profit of ??? billion kiribs, with total assets of ??? billion kiribs. It employs 900,000 people across a range of industries and capacities. Smaller companies are affiliated with the Shipyards to whom they have exclusive contracts. The Shipyards has developed the on-board nuclear reactor Atomic Titan 23-KR, and other innovations, although it lags behind other countries in some of the technology it produces such as Veikayu, South Hills, Packilvania or the Staynes-Caltharus Empire.
