Socialist Monarchism is a social, economic and political system and a variant of Socialism. It is considered a mix between many variants of Socialism, including Authoritarian, Democratic, Ethical and Religious Socialism. The key characteristics of Socialist Monarchism are collectivism, traditionalism and nationalism. This type of Socialism relies on the authority of the Monarch, who shares his powers with the Parlament and the elected Government, who are theoretically stronger than him. It's multi-party political system has though regulations preventing small political parties from entering the Parlament and even running on elections, while miniority parties are completely banned. People are encouraged to participate in making decisions on referendums, which usualy decide the dispute between the Monarch and the Parlament.

When it comes to Economy, smaller private businesses are allowed but discouraged by complicated and long bureaucratic processes. The state has monopoly over the final processing of the goods, along with natural resources which are also owned by the state. Private property is allowed, but limited. When a citizen reaches the limit of the private property he can own, he can no longer buy but only lease it from the state. In that case the state reserves the right to suspend the agreenment and take it back at any time. Stable economy and low unimployment are common characteristics of Socialist Monarchism.
