The South Hills Area Council of Governments is a Constitutional Federal Republic located in the major continent of Urth. It is bordered by Aelitia to the south and Dovakhan to the east. Several states surround its northern border.
South Hills is a Kerilo member nation.

The Judicial branch is headed by the Supreme Court of South Hills, and consists of both State and Federal courts within South Hills.
