Theodor August Spitzer (11 October 1880 – 23 January 1913) was a Rotgeheiman officer in the Verteidigungsstaffel that fought during the 10 Days War. Spitzer commanded the 2nd Battalion, 45th Panzer Regiment during the Battle of Widerhausen, during which he perished. He is known for being one of the highest-ranked Rotgeheiman servicemen to be killed in action during the war.
Spitzer was married to Margaretha Rosengart, with whom he had had two sons.
