Þhrmapayljy /θer.mɑ.ˈpæː.ɭʎɜ/ is the capital city of Redentro and of the district of Þhrmapayljy and Mitázáánda. It is also the former capital city of the Realm of Þhrmapayljy. It is the most populous city in Redentro, with a population of 39.5 million. It is a port city on the northern coast of Blue Island, and is the most trafficked port in the district. Þhrmapayljy is governed by the Þhrmapayljy Municipal Assembly (ÞMA), which is headed ex officio by the king of the district, and by the mayor of Þhrmapayljy.

Þhrmapayljy is a leading city in its region, with strong cultural roots and innovation. It is a global financial center, housing a well-known stock exchange for the global music industry (3R), as well as the regional book publishing stock exchange (LiMRo). Þhrmapayljy has hosted the regional culture festival four times (1982, 1990, and 2001 as the Realm of Þhrmapayljy, and 2009 as the Grand Commonwealth of Redentro).

The city's harbor features unique docks in caves underneath the city that were carved out of the city's oceanside cliffs by the waves. Visitors arriving by sea often claim that the city appears to be floating in midair. Recently, concerns about further erosion leading to the collapse of the city into the ports below have led to steel reinforcements being installed to protect the city's precarious perch, and since 2011, the city's supports have been predicted to remain intact even in a magnitude 6.4 earthquake.
