The Tretridian Nuclear Umbrella is a system of arrays of surface-to-air missiles on Tretrid. It covers the vast majority of Tretrid, and is designed to detect and destroy and inbound IRBMs or ICBMs. There are four arrays, one on Tretridia, one on Draeset, one on Fort Johnston, and one on the southern areas of Tretrid. If a nuclear missile is detected, a counter-missile is fired and detonates in front of the warhead, detonating it and scattering fallout (which would be less of a problem than it detonating right above ground) in the air.
