Tskhinvali (Sibarian: Цхинвал), is the capital of Tskh Oblosk and is one of the oldest cities in the Sibarian Empire. It is located in the north portion of Daminy, within Vladi Oblosk. The current mayor of the city is Dan Flov. He was appointed on 3 August 2026.
