Ulaard Hallar is the current Spokesperson for the Liberal Democrat Party of Margora (LDP). He previously served as the chairman, from February 23, 2017 to March 6, 2017, and July 21, 2017 to December 17, 2017. He was also a presidential candidate in both Margora elections, held on February 20, 2017 (2%), and July 20, 2017 (48%). He was very heavily favored in the July election, but lost to then incument, Dakka Mathias.
