Countess Vittoria von Henslen (born 1965) is a Braslander businesswoman. She is best known as 'Vitti'.

She was born in 1965, as the first child and only daughter of Count Ludwig von Henslen and his wife, Vittoria von Schmidt.

She studied Business in Markund and later pursued postgraduate studies in the US. She returned to Brasland to work for the Schmidt Group. Vitti quickly became an important executive inside the Group and earned the family very important contracts. Because of her work she had to travel a lot and had little personal time.

In 2000 a doctor recommended her to spend some time off work, as she was extremely exhausted both physically and mentally after ten years almost without vacations. She followed his recommendation and what was intended to be a few weeks of rest became a definite resignation from the Schmidt Group. She decided to leave the family holding and retire to the countryside, at a ruined estate she had bought in Lansborn, and which she restored.

Vittoria had sacrificed her personal life for her career and was unsure whether she would find a husband with whom she could have children. Instead, she adopted two children: Lena (born 2003) and Eduard (born 2005). They bear the surname "Henslen" without the 'von', which is an indication of noble blood.

In 2012, Vitti married Count Edwin von Reuthen, the Rector of the Ducal University of Lansborn.
