The WorldVision Song Contest 73 (or WV73, WVSC73) was the 73rd iteration of NationStates' longest running music competition show, WorldVision. It took place for the first time in Estogium, following it's winning bid for the competition. In the bid, the Rwhitton Vefecosoin Cairkovoin (RVC) stated that they would host the competition in The Crystal Ball, located in The Estograd, making it the first time ever that the competition was held in that city. The competition took place on Saturday, 18th May 2019. The competition was hosted by 2-time Estogian WorldVision Song Contest representative, Israael Kashktar and popular DJ, Riko Wilson.

A total of 26 nations took part in the competition, with there being a disqualification for one nation - Natanya - but regardless of this, there was an increase of the amount of nations that participated in this contest compared to the one before, an increase of eight nations. 4 nations debuted at the WorldVision Song Contest 73; Vdara, Libumelland, Amuaplye and Not Belgaam.

The winner of the 73rd WorldVision Song Contest was Britonisea, with the song "Want You Home" which was sung by Britonish Artist, Alyxhia Willis. Alyxhia Willis had previously represented Britonisea at the WorldVision Song Contest 67 in Darkmania, coming 2nd with 96 points. Her triumphant at the 73rd WorldVision Song Contest makes her one of the most successful WorldVision Song Contest artists ever - coming in the top two both times. Performing 25th in the Grand Final, Alyxhia Willis won with a total of 132 points from 20 nations - the most votes the nation has received in any one edition. Britonisea, as of WV74, now have 5 wins - becoming the 2nd most successful nation at the WorldVision Song Contest ever. Despite being favourite to win the contest, Izmedu finished in 2nd place with 123 points. The Britonish-Izmeduan 1st and 2nd place had been witnessed before at WorldVision Song Contest 64 in Nekoni, where Vha Mehlodhivestoile's and Izmepisma's winning entries battled it out for the 64th WorldVision Song Contest crown with Britonisea ultimately winning. Besen rounded up the top 3 with 101 points, representing the first time the nation had broken the 100-point boundary in their short history at the contest.

Finishing in the last place was debutantes Libumelland with 17 points. Hosts, Estogium came in 9th place with 70 points - their best result since their participation at the 63rd WorldVision Song Contest.
