Zoste Patrikia is the senior lady of the Imperial Court of Diadochia. The Zoste Patrikia holds the titles of Kyrá to̱n rómpes (Mistress of the Robes) and Pró̱ti̱ Kyría to̱n Krevatokámara (First Lady of the Bedchamber)

The Zoste Patrikia is charged withe the attending to the Empress of Diadochia and overseeing her imperial apartments.
