Valkany is a Developped First World country in the world of Noverra, on the continent of Victorium. Known for its maritime culture and former mighty Colonial Empire, elements of which, such as the Rhodesian Cape and Azure Isle Colonies, still are part of Valkany. Valkany is a Federative Empire. The Head of State, the Emperor, and the Head of Government, the Prime Minister share executive power and work with the Senate and National Assembly to achieve a better future for Valkany. Valkany recently show a short period as a Federal Republic, after the VKIP party rigged elections, but the plot was revealed and the Royalists in the Armed Forces, organized by the Nautilus Party's Secretive Military Branch, forced the arrest of the "High Consul". The Monarchy was restored after the Nautilus Party won the elections and the Crown Prince in exile returned to claim his throne successfully.
