Valkany is a Developped First World country in the world of Noverra, on the continent of Victorium. Known for its culture, maritime tradition and ancient history. Valkany is a Archduchy. The Head of State, the Archduke, is responsible for National Defence, International Diplomacy, appointing the Prime Minister and signing laws approved by the Parliament. The Prime Minister has all other executive powers but can be removed from office by the Archduke. The Prime Minister is usually the Grand Duke of Pefki, the Archuduke's brother.
