Callum Imperium is a growing region, inhabited by a 21 nations.
In the Callum Imperium, the many nations negotiate the dividing of the world. The governments differ from place to place with most nations having a firm grip on their citizens rights and freedom. Crime is totally unknown in most nations with a select few having major problems with youth rebelliousness.
Our Godking, The Collombian Empire, rules the Amazon, giving fair rights and freedom to his people.
TwilightMoon, the close neighbour of The Collombian Empire is ruled by a psychotic GodKing, Malakath, who has outlawed almost all civil rights and political freedom. Strangely enough, they get on quite well. While at first, TwilightMoon might seem terrible, the public transport is really good, other then that it's quite bad. Authoritarianism is a large problem, with all citizens having compulsory bar-codes on their arms to keep track of them
To the north, ruling over the golden circle there is Capitalia Republica, a nation built on good, old-fashioned capitalism, where the 0.1% own 99.9% of the wealth, (but any hard-working citizen can *absolutely* find their way to wealth). The government is miniscule and only takes 4.9% of citizen's income. All polititions are wonderfully easily bought by businesses, and their actions all benefit these great businesses. Religion is nearly non-existant because when people realised that more money could be made from uranium mining than being a pastor, nobody was particularly interested in faith anymore. Dispite a third of the GDP being spent on the police force, 10% of deaths are due to murder. Since the civil war ended, Capitalia Republica has been entirely uninterested in military involvement of any kind, and there is no problem with internal struggle as all communists in Capitalia Republica are long-dead. Capitalia Republica is interested only in internal trade, and international politics do not interest it what-so-ever. Civil rights in Capitalia Republica are relitively weak, and it's African colony is even worse, considering all the African slaves producing many needed goods and services to be sold by capitalists in the fatherland. Most Capitalia Republicans are phobic to anything different to themselves and place scrutiny on outsiders. Capitalia Republica's massive economy is entirely driven by the private sector, worth 1.20 trillion Shekels a year.
In a far-away land, The Queendom of New Australia is a sprawling nation known for its frequent executions, nuclear powered citys, and complete and utter disregard towards religion. The 20 million New Australians are ruled with an iron fist by the monarchical government, which ensures that no-one outside the royal family gets too rich. Citizens are relatively unoppressed, it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet. The medium-sized, (not) corrupt, well-organized monarchy juggles the competing demands of Law & Order and Education. The growing New Australian economy, worth 737 billion New Australian Dollars a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Automobile Manufacturing, Tourism, and Beef-Based Agriculture. Average income is 36,853 New Australian Dollars, and distributed extremely evenly among the richest and poorest citizens.With a well funded police force, and the ability to arrest and publicly execute any citizen. Crime is completely unknown in New Australia. The Monarchical government led by our Queen (long live the queen) makes regular mistakes causing political freedom to plummet to the point where it is now unheard of. there are some Civil rights among the New Australian people, The Queen is currently working on ways to increase this. Notable moments in New Australian history include; The founding/the Abbot riots, The banning of religion, The patenting of natural proteins, The founding of the secret police, Capital punishment legislation passed, Removing of the Judiciary system, legality of Cannabis legislation passed, IT taught excruciatingly thoroughly in school.
Social inequality is rife amongst the nations within Callum Imperium. The environments of the nations in the region are almost universally appalling.
