Khanjeer (Catalan: Hangeer), officially The Constitutional Monarchy of Khanjeer (Catalan: Monarquia Constitucional d'Hangeer) is a sovereign state in The Dwight League of Nations. It is also its WA delegate and major power of the region.

Khanjeer is a safe nation, remarkable for its complete lack of prisons, ban on automobiles, and devotion to social welfare. The quiet, industrious population of 14 million Khanjeerians enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated.

History

The past of Khanjeer has always been uncertain. The only information comes from common knowledge of the locals and the official versions. These conclude in mentioning a civil war, from which the king emerged. This extract of the king's biography that leads to many interpretations:

"Khanjeer was being ravaged by the confusion of a war between its people. However, a young "bo-bo" (bourgeois-bohème) was quickly promoted in the Popular Army. Unfortunately, one day, the Chief of Staff and his two successors were brutally murdered. An assembly was organised, were the generals received votes from the soldiers. There was nearly a consensus for His Majesty, with the opposition being discovered to be spies. His brilliant strategies led him to victory. The people gave His Majesty his well-deserved crown and throne. Some might think it a privilege, but it is rather a massive responsibility that His Majesty now has to carry with him. Long live the King!"

Historians still argue about the meaning of the extract. However, the most possible option is that the king came from a wealthy family. This advantageous position helped him to easily be promoted. The way in which he rose to power creates even more controversy. It is most likely that he either had a very good luck, his supporters were fanatics, he murdered his opposition or a combination. What is certainly true is that the king is considered a hero, praised in the battlefield and the palace's corridors.
