2016-17 Amberian Islands Premier League

The Amberian Islands Premier League is the top football division in the Amberian Islands. The league was founded in 1995 and it is organised by the Amberian Islands Football Federation. It is currently composed of 10 clubs playing in the form of a round-robin tournament, with teams playing four times against each other during the season. At the end of the season, one team is relegated and one is promoted from the Amberian Islands Second League. The winner of the league earns a place in the Champions’ Cup and the next three highest placed teams in the Globe Cup.
