August, Prince von Lorensberg (1892-1958) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Prince August II von Lorensberg.

In 1918 he married Countess Gisela von Grübenau. They had three children: Gisela (born 1919), Maximilian (born 1921) and Casimir (born 1922). The couple separated in 1926.

Prince August was a poor manager of the family possessions. He spent a lot of time travelling outside Brasland with his mistress, living a very expensive lifestyle. He had to sell some of the Lorensberg ancestral properties in order to pay his creditors. In 1940 his son Maximilian asked a court to declare him uncapable of managing his estates. The court ruled in Maximilian's favor, and the young prince assumed the guardianship of his father. This saved the estates from complete ruin.

August died in 1958.
