Auguste, Prince de Courtenay (1906-1984) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Prince Louis III de Courtenay.

In 1939 he married Marie des Neiges de Gironde. They had five daughters: Marie Anne (born 1940), Rose (born 1942), Fleur (born 1944), Ines (born 1947) and Eugénie (born 1951).

When he died, the headship of the Princely House of Courtenay passed to his distant cousin, Gaston. He inherited a large part of the family estate, but another portion was divided among his five daughters.
