The Conservative Party of Earth Humans, commonly referred to as Conservative Party, is one of three major political parties in the Earth Humans, along with the Liberal Party and Independent Party. The Conservative Party is based on the Republican Party of America. The difference between the Conservative Party and the Republican Party is the Conservative Party is a left-leaning conservative party while the Republican Party is a right-leaning conservative party. The Republican Party views socialism as destructive to capitalism whereas the Conservative Party embraces socialism over capitalism but holds conservative views on how it should be managed. The founder of the Conservative Party is Clayton E. Nelson.

The Conservatives believe in socialism to an extent. They don't agree with completely outlawing the private industry but rather making sure the government regulates and holds the private industry accountable to how the workers and profits are handled. They believe ownership of guns is a right but agree that gun control is necessary.

The Conservative Party currently holds the offices of Territorial Governorships. In the House, the Conservatives and Liberals are the minority and because the Liberals have more seats than the Conservatives this makes them the Major-Minority. This means when it comes to voting in the House, Independents vote first since they hold the majority of the seats. Liberals vote second since they have fewer seats than Independents but more than Conservatives, and the Conservatives vote last due to having the least amount of seats and because the Conservatives have fewer seats than the Liberals it makes them the Minor-Minority.
