The Constitution of the Laiatanese Federation (Laiatanese: Конституция Лаиатанский Федерация, Konstitutsiya Laiatanskiy Federatsiya) is the country's supreme law. The constitution was adopted and ratified by the Provisional Government on April 17, 1888 following a nationwide referendum calling for the creation of a republic. The constitution was passed with 406 ayes out of 450 votes possible (270 ayes minimum).

Laws and other normative legal acts of Laiatan must conform to the constitution. The constitution can be amended through a process started by either the Federation Assembly or three-fourths of the oblasts and federal territory. The only body that may interpret the constitution and determine whether legislation or executive actions conform to it is the Supreme Federal Court of the Laiatanese Federation.

Federation Day has been celebrated as a public holiday since 1888.
