The Constitution of the Laiatanese Federation (Laiatanese: Конституция Лаиатанский Федерация, Konstitutsiya Laiatanskiy Federatsiya) is the country's fundamental law. The constitution was adopted and ratified by the Provisional Government on April 17, 1888 following a nationwide referendum calling for the creation of a republic. The constitution was passed with 406 ayes out of 450 votes possible (270 ayes minimum).

The only body that may interpret the constitution and determine whether legislation or executive actions conform to it is the Supreme Federal Court of the Laiatanese Federation.
