Dorofei Kenolov Yakovlev (born 14 December 1898) was the 1st Chairman of the United Sibarian Socialist Republics. In 1923, Yakovlev had overthrown the Tsar and proclaimed an equal Yakovlev Socialist Society and brought a new age of prosperity to the Socialist nations.
