Friedrich Meierhoff (born 6 December 1857) is a highly decorated Rotgeheiman Generalleutnant (Major General) in the Verteidigungsstaffel. He is in command of the V VS-Armeekorps, which is comprised of roughly 60,000 soldiers divided into three Panzergrenadier divisions. He distinguished himself in leading the V VS-Armeekorps during the Northern Territory War and Invasion of Scheinfeld.

He is married to Karl Gustav Schröder, with whom he has adopted two children, Archibald and Konrad.

Meierhoff is related to fellow general Holger Teicher, commander of the 4th VS-Panzer Army and Meierhoff's superior officer.
