Count Georg von Alderberg (1904-1981) was a Braslander diplomat. He was the son of Count Otto von Alderberg.

He was a very ambitious man with good connections but little money. He joined the Braslander Diplomatic Corps at the age of 21, after serving in the Royal Army.

In 1933 he married Lioba von Ledonitz, one of the richest heiresses in Brasland. They had two children: Hubertus (born 1935) and Barbara (born 1938). The couple was very unhappy: Georg had many affaires and Lioba found solace in drinking. They remained together and she joined him to his foreign destinations, living in Japan, Paris, Knootoss and London. He never achieved his ambition of becoming Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Lioba died in 1973 and Georg remarried in 1975 to Baroness Lucie de Berneau, a rich widow. He died in 1981.
