Count Heinrich von Heilendorf (1867-1940) was the son of Count Friedrich von Heilendorf.
In 1898 he married Countess Anastasia von Radobricz. They had seven children: Geraldine (born 1899), Johanna (born 1900), Friedrich (born 1902), Alfons (born 1903; monk), Alix (born 1907), Julia (born 1909) and Carl (1911-1985; childless).
Heinrich died in 1940.
