Joel Ivanovic Karratchin Kelovik (born 16 December, 1994) is the 1st and current President of the 2nd Republic of Daminy. He has held this position since 2025, when his father stepped down as the 4th Dictator of the Socialist Dictatorship of Daminy.
Kelovik was born in Youthsville, to a Sibarian mother and Damanian father, Moodie Kelovik. Before entering parliament, he studied for a Bachelor of Art and a Bachelor of Law at the University of Yayovan Ultimate. He was later conferred with a Master of Arts.
