Lefteris Fabius, 27th Duke of Paphlagonia

Lefteris Fabius, 27th Duke of Paphlagonia (1656 – 16 November 1673) was the son of Eric Fabius, Lord Amisos and a Diadochian peer.

His succeeded his grandfather, Lefteris Fabius, 26th Duke of Paphlagonia to the title of Duke of Paphlagonia in 1662 He died in 1673, unmarried and childless and was succeeded by his paternal uncle John Fabius.
