Manuelo Fernanda

Manuelo Fernanda is a Kennyite boxer and politician, and the disgraced former president of that country. He served from 2005 to 2012, when he was forced the flee the country rather than face charges of attempted murder after being discovered in the Altani embassy with an unconscious hooker. He is currently living in exile on the resort isle and "bouncy beach volleyball court" of his friend and fuck-buddy, Empress Jhessan Spaulding of The Palentine.
