Maximilian, Prince von Ettingen und Steinbach (1844-1912) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Prince Paul von Ettingen und Steinbach.

In 1868 he married his first cousin, Duchess Ludmilla von Kerlich. They had ten children: Otto (born 1869), Elisabeth (born and died 1870), Philipp (born 1871; priest), Georg (born 1873), Charlotte (born 1875), Magdalene (1876-1878), Ludovika (born 1880), Heinrich (born 1882), Alexandrine (born 1884) and Michael (born 1886).

Maximilian served as Member of Parliament until its dissolution in 1881. However, he only played an active role in agricultural issues, which was the only topic that really interested him. He was also an active patron of institutions in the Steinbach valley.

He died in 1912.
