The nation of Cathyy was created in the early part of 2004. It was the original nation of the player who later created Pixiedance, who held the Delegacy of the North Pacific from October 2004 to May 2005.
Cathyy became active in TNP just before the Great Bight affair and was highly active in the unendorsement telegram campaign and HQ postings.
Pixiedance was created by Cathyy to take part in the successful liberation attempt.
After that time Cathyy CTE’d for quite a while and it was only later restored. It then became part of the infamous Stars of Sky bannings of long term non-UN TNP nations.
