Stars of Sky, led by its president, Bella Hostavich, is the former regional UN delegate of the North Pacific (TNP) from May to August 2005. After a long and hard-fought insurrection against the North Pacific Directorate (NPD, led by Ivan Moldavi ( Pierconium) as Pixiedance) and then The North Pacific Government (TNPG, led by Insane Power as Pixiedance)), the Revolution of STNP (Stars TNP) (the North Pacific Confederation (NPC), previously the North Pacific Underground) and various revolutionary citizens of TNP prevailed with the resignation of Pixiedance once and for all, and the rise of Stars of Sky to the position of interim regional UN delegate of The North Pacific.
Once delegate, plans already constructed were put into place. Stars called for a constitutional convention/referendum on a neutral forum where all factions of TNP citizenry would feel comfortable participating in the Construction and ratification of a new democratic constitution. It is noted, however, that the overthrown nations were not allowed to participate.
This was done successfully and with record turnout.
Once the new government was in place, Bella vacationed from her homeland of TNP for a while in her other home which she also founded, the region of Stars. Stars had both a native population and a good number of TNP exiles who have stayed on in Stars as residents after being ejected from TNP by one of the Pixiedance dictators.
