Notrumbia (pronunciation: Nu-trum-bia) is a sovereign state governed by a constitutional monarchy led by Emmet II, 204th monarch of the House of Griftmoore. The country is divided into five constituent regions, Estland, De Valk, Atlanta, Nevada and the King's Islands.
