The National Science Council of The Oan Isles is a state agency that is responsible for promoting research and development in science and technology. It works closely with the University of Crystal Island on the Stargazer Telescope Array, the University of Heavenly Island on the Oahuana Large Particle Collider and with the Metatron Corporation on R&D.
