Count Otto von Alderberg (1875-1957) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Count Maximilian von Alderberg.

As a younger son, he had to forge a career for himself. Due to his connections, he was appointed to a position at Court, where he served most of his life.

In 1901 he married Countess Marianne von Thalensee. They had children: Hugoline (born 1902), Georg (born 1904), Antonie (born 1905), Walpurga (born 1907), Franz de Paula (born 1908) and Angela (born 1911). Marianne died in 1918.

In 1924 he married Baroness Amelia d'Ipswatten. This marriage was childless.

He died in 1957.
