Johannes d'Ipswatten

Baron Johannes d'Ipswatten (1845-1928) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Baron Carl d'Ipswatten.

He served in Parliament until its dissolution in 1891. Later he served in the Crown Council as an advisor to his first cousin, King Frederick IV.

In 1868 he married Countess Nora von Lüdenstein. They had ten children: Angelika (born 1870), Carl Philipp (born 1872), Bernhard (born 1873), Ludwig (born 1876; priest), Karoline (born 1877), Lydia (born 1879), Michael (born 1881), Stefan (born and died 1883), Alexandra (born 1884), Eveline (born 1885) and Amelia (born 1887).
