Maximilian von Altenhaus

Prince Maximilian von Altenhaus (1877-1954) was the son of Prince Joseph II von Altenhaus.

In 1902 he married Baroness Alexandra d'Ipswatten. She died in 1913, and the marriage was childless. He remarried in 1917 to Countess Blanka von Henslen. They had nine children: Heinrich (born 1918), Alexandra (born 1920), Nikolaus (born 1921), Christian (born and died 1922), Franziska (1924-1925), Cecilie (born 1927), Olga (born 1928), Klaus (born 1930; childless) and Marie Caroline (born 1933).
