The Office of the Premier Commissioner of the European Union is the highest office in the European Commission. It is elected on a four-month term by the members states of the European Union. The Premier Commissioner is tasked with appointing the other four members of the Commission to their offices and with leading them through the term.
As of August 2014, fourteen people have served as Premier Commissioner through seventeen terms, with four of them being women. The member states with more citizens holding the office are Inquista and Os Corelia, both tied with 2 Premier Commissioners (Alexander Kligenberg and Peter Montfort from Inquista, and Maleeka Liszckoszi and incumbent Kaegan Herzterblatz from Os Corelia).
