It was a region declared by means of an international convention in April 2017. Initially it was formed by Notrumbia, Hennikeer and Surrev, later on new countries became part of the region. In 2019 after countless disagreements about free markets, the founding status of the region and free traffic of people, the region was officially closed with the departure of Notrumbia and the other members.
