Preface

Continental Notrumbia (also called Great Notrumbiana) is a continent that comprises the entire part of the territory of Notrumbia and includes some islands that are maritime domains of Notrumbia. These territories are separated by several seas and straits, including the Hamilton Sea and the Pandora Sea, in addition to the Griftmoore Strait.

It is estimated that the territory appeared about 3 thousand years ago and before it was just a maritime set of rocks.

Climate

The continent has three types of different climates: mountain cold, polar and desert. Most of the year about 50% of the continent is covered with snow and the other half faces frequent rains. Temperatures hit record highs, making this one of the coldest continents in the world.

Geography

The portion of the continent covers 12,985,000 km² and has 20% of the territory covered with mountains, 8.7% covered with fresh water and 72% covered with trees. The southern plain is the flattest region of Notrumbia, the northern and central region, however, is considered the most mountainous. The highest point is the Charles Mountains, 7,279 meters high. Continental Notrumbia is a tectonic plate that occupies the entire large island of Notrumbia.

Calm nature

The nature of the continent is peaceful and does not exhibit abnormal behavior. In the past, however, the region has been the scene of major hurricanes and strong volcano activity. All three volcanoes are currently inactive. All the volcanoes in the country are on the Island of Fire in the archipelago King's Islands, the island has been isolated since 1720 because it is considered a nature reserve.
