Arminkuren was a region, which had a checkered history.

History
Arminkuren was founded on the 1st December 2012 by Bergewald. Two days later, Curig was elected WA Delegate and stood in that position for a total of 58 days. In that time, embassies were established with World Alliance and Small Ineffectual Rulers.
On the 24th December 2012, a proposal was put forward by Vampricus and a decision was made to form an RP cabinet. Although not all the positions were filled, by the 26th it looked like this:

Following Curig's removal as WA Delegate on the 30th January 2013, Bergewald was elected to the position for 6 days.
On the 21st January 2013 Pribben was elected WA Delegate and continued in this position for 132 days, making Pribben the longest serving WA Delegate the region has seen. On the 5th February 2013, Pribben revealed that he was in fact the same person as the person behind Curig. Pribben was removed on the 4th July 2013 but was re-elected on the 8th July 2013 and served another 6 days.
On the 14th July 2013, Unigoth was elected WA Delegate removing Pribben from the position. Unigoth served for 1 day before Pribben was re-elected and served another day before ceasing to exist and therefore ending his reign.
Following Pribben's cessation, Nurburgring Nordschliefe was elected WA Delegate but was removed from the role the day after. That same day, the embassy between Arminkuren and World Alliance was cancelled.
On the 18th September 2013, Madgod became WA Delegate for the region and reigned for a total of 38 days before ceasing to exist and ending it's reign.<ref>https://web.archive.org/web/20130923235736/http://www.nationstates.net/region=arminkuren – Archived capture of Arminkuren on the 23rd September 2013</ref> On the 24th November 2013, the embassy between Arminkuren and Small Ineffectual Rulers was cancelled. On the 24th and 29th March 2014, Arminkuren was invaded by The Black Riders, as elaborated on in 'The Black Riders Invasions' section.
Since then, the region has practically collapsed and is but a shadow of it's former self. I, Krumbia, have recorded this as a memorial to the region of Arminkuren. My involvement in the region began on the 18th December 2012, and I am one of the longest surviving members of the region and as of the 16th August 2014, the only one left in it.
The Black Riders Invasions
On the 24th March 2014, during a major update, The Black Riders invaded Arminkuren.<ref>http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?p=19369422#p19369422 - The Black Riders March 24th Raids</ref> Corax Destriers and Fukkireta arrived from the region of Nugut, and Fukkireta was quickly elected WA Delegate and Corax Destriers moved back to Nugut. Fukkireta changed the World Factbook entry, the flag, removed the tags and proposed constructing an embassy with The Black Riders, that Black Riders Commander swiftly accepted. Fukkireta then removed Unigoth from the Regional Ban List and suppressed every post on the Regional Message Board before departing back to Nugut.
On the 29th March 2014, Arminkuren was subject to another invasion from The Black Riders.<ref>http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?p=19435407#p19435407 - The Black Riders Operation Typhoon March 29th Raids</ref> Operation Typhoon, which took place during a major update on the 29th, saw the invasion of 67 regions and was led by Feuer Ritter. Runescia and War Dragon II all arrived from Nugut and Runescia was elected WA Delegate. Runescia changed the World Factbook entry before going back to Nugut with War Dragon II.
This damage stayed in place until 15th May 2014 when Bergewald was re-founded and tried to repair the damage.
