Mordor

Mordor is a large region, with a bustling and busy community, numbering 58 nations and only 15 World Assembly Members.

The straight-backed, broad-smiling populace of Mordor eagerly dismissed concerns of oppression. Political freedoms are extended only to close friends and relatives of the leaders of the region's governments. The economy of the region is very strong, with a large number of very powerful trading powers. The median tax rate of the region is 35%, but is frequently higher for the wealthy. The economies of nations in the region tend to be heavily weighted towards the private sector, with on average 23% of the economy comprising the public sector. Stoking commercial activity is a major priority for governments, accounting for an average of 8% of public expenditure.

In Mordor education, when conducted, is done with sticks and mud. The region's law enforcement is arguably too well-equipped and overzealous, arresting citizens who dare to commit the most minor of infractions. Denizens have very well-funded, well equipped defense forces. Due to the lack of any Public transport, streets are packed with cars, bikes, and assorted noisy vehicles.

Governments in Mordor communicate very well amongst themselves, with administration departments working smoothly, with 2% on average of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Hospital patients are given credit checks upon passing through emergency rooms, as no government provision is made for healthcare in the region. Welfare in the region is minimal, with only a small amount of expenditure being devoted to spending on social security. Governments in the region are avowedly atheist - no public funds are allocated to spirituality.

Social inequality is rife amongst the nations within Mordor. Natural environments are quite bad, although some measures have been undertaken to ensure that the environment is protected.
