Denizens of the Renegade Islands Alliance are poorly educated, with rampant illiteracy. Criminality is rife within the region, with law enforcement struggling to cope. Governments allocate a meagre -1%, on average, of their budgets to law and order. Denizens have small defense forces. Public transport is an afterthought, with only -1% of total government budgets in the region being devoted to it.

Government Description

The Grand Council is in charge of most of the regional governance in the Renegade Islands Alliance. The Grand Council consists of the Chief Executive, WA Delegate/Head of State (elected every 3 months), the Security Officer (appointed by the Chief Executive), the Secretary of State (selected by the delegate), and the Secretary of the Interior (also selected by the delegate).
