In United Empirical States, denizens enjoy their civil rights, although not too much, or too freely. United Empirical States values education extremely highly, and denizens compete for the largest number of university degrees and sprawling book collections. Crime is low: the region enjoys well-equipped and well-funded police forces, coupled with efficient but fair judicial systems. Denizens have very well-funded, well equipped defense forces. Public transport is a popular mode of transport in the region, receiving on average of 10% of total government budgets.
The administration departments of United Empirical States are all-consuming, soaking up budgets in aid of supporting a bureaucracy of millions, with an average of 16% of government budgets being devoted to Administration.
