Wilhelm Josef "Sepp" Locher (born 23 March 1884) is a Rotgeheiman Sturmbannführer (Major) in the Verteidigungsstaffel. He is best known for his actions as the Executive Officer of the 1st Battalion, 55th Panzergrenadier Regiment during key engagements of the Invasion of Scheinfeld.
Sepp Locher is married to Christina Koehler, with whom he has one son, Friedrich (born 16 April 1909).
